So what?! (쏘왓) Terms of Service

1. The service

So what?! is an adults-only Verbal Battle game in which you argue against an AI opponent in a situation you set up. Your opponent is an AI, not a person, and is marked "AI" on screen.

2. Eligibility

• Only people aged 19 or older (full age) may use the service. You confirm that you are an adult when you enter.
• During the closed beta, only people who have received an invite code may use the service.

3. Nature of the content

• Depending on the heat level you choose, the AI opponent uses rough language and profanity. If this makes you uncomfortable, you can lower the heat level or stop using the service.
• The AI's lines are generated automatically, may not be true, and do not represent the operator's opinions.
• Situations that invite sexual insults, hate speech or defamation of real people may be refused at the start.

4. Prohibited conduct

• Uploading another person's photo without their consent, or uploading a photo that shows a minor.
• Setting up situations that single out and defame real people or companies.
• Using the service's lines or screens to harass other people.
• Sending abnormal requests to the server or creating multiple accounts.

5. Coins

• Coins are paid digital content used only inside So what?!. 1 coin = 1 match; add-on features such as photo characters also cost coins. Prices are those shown on the Coins & Pricing page and in the shop (VAT included), and coins are sold in fixed packs only.
• Payments are processed by the payment gateway Toss Payments (credit/debit card, bank transfer, easy pay). Coins are added as soon as the payment is approved.
• Coins are valid for 12 months from the payment date. Unused coins can be refunded within that period under the refund policy; after it they expire.
• Coins cannot be transferred to another person or exchanged for cash. The first-purchase pack can be bought once per account.
• Sign-up bonus coins, streamer-code bonus coins and event coins are granted free of charge and are not refundable.
• Refunds follow the refund policy and go back to the original payment method.

6. Photo characters

A character made from a photo is visible only on your own screen and is never shared. The original photo is deleted as soon as the character is complete. The operator may refuse to create a character from a photo that breaks the adult, real-person or consent conditions.

7. Deleting your account

You can delete your account and records at any time with Delete my data in the menu (⋯) at the top right of the game screen.

8. Limitation of liability

During the closed beta the service may change or stop without notice. Coins you could not use because the service stopped are refunded under section 3 of the refund policy. The operator is not liable for discomfort or disputes caused by AI lines unless there is intent or gross negligence.
