FAQ
How do I buy coins? Tap the coin button at the top of the game → pick a pack → Toss Payments window (card, bank transfer, easy pay). Coins are added as soon as the payment is approved. Packs and prices are on the Coins & Pricing page.
How long are coins valid? 12 months from the payment date. Unused coins can be refunded to the original payment method under the refund policy.
How long does "Create from photo" take? Our team creates and registers it, so it usually appears under "My characters" within a day.
I want to delete my records. Menu (⋯) at the top right of the game screen → Delete my data. It is erased immediately and cannot be recovered.
My opponent is too harsh. Lower the heat to 1 (snark) in the situation setup.
